The UK is faced with massive inflation rises and millions of households are struggling to pay basic living costs alongside soaring energy prices.

Our panel of activists and experts will explore some of the key issues, both social and political, around this Cost of Living Crisis, and discuss what can be done to resolve them.

• Food costs are rising, energy costs are rising, rent costs are rising, but wages are stagnating. How did we get here?

• Could/should the Government and local government be doing more? 

• Do we need greater support for vulnerable groups and how can we implement these?

• The fuel price cap was meant to protect consumers from soaring bills and profiteering by energy companies. How can we stop energy companies profiteering?

• How have other countries responded to similar crises? What can we learn from them?

Our panel will answer these questions and more.
